La relación especializada TREATED-WITH (TREATMENT-FOR) se añadió a la ontología de MikroKosmos de la siguiente forma:

En cuanto a la categoría conceptual TREATMENT, ésta pertenece a los eventos y aparece modulada de la siguiente manera como hijo de MEDICAL-SERVE:

Centrándonos en HN_TREATED-WITH_SURGICAL-PROCEDURE, se puede comprobar que, como en casos anteriores, hemos incluido FT como 'resected tumors', 'tumor resection', 'resection of the tumor' como formalizaciones de un mismo esquema, al responder a una misma jerarquía predicativa.

Por otro lado, de forma paralela a lo que se mencionó en §5.2 sobre la existencia de unidades pertenecientes al discurso general en la CL utilizada para extraer los candidatos a frasemas, nos encontramos de nuevo con el mismo fenómeno: la aparición de unidades no especializadas tales como 'management' o 'control' de la tabla 5.14 que adquieren un valor especializado gracias a su coocurrencia con otras unidades léxicas tales como 'cancer' o 'tumor' en FT como 'cancer management' y 'tumor control', respectivamente. Pero, al mismo tiempo que aparecen conceptos superordinados de TREATMENT, también se puede observar que aparecen términos hipónimos tales como 'adjuvant theraphy' ('adjuvant therapy for rectal cancer'), 'chemotherapy' ('cancer chemotherapy'), 'radiotherapy' ('radiotherapy in anal cancer'), 'surgery' ('surgery for cancer'), etc.

En lo que respecta a las estructuras sintácticas de las formalizaciones léxicas del esquema, hemos encontrado las siguientes:
